Amos Press (Scott/Minkus) has implemented a new policy called "On Demand" printing. They are using this for most of their supplements, older and new issues. We will not be offering any of these for purchase due to the extremely long turn-around-time in getting them out. It can take 6-8 weeks AFTER we place the order with Scott before they ship them to us, making it 2 months or more before you see the items after placing your order.
